Free cancellation is available according to the cancellation policy stated below. Any cancellation or amendment of booking must be made through the same booking platform used for reservation. Failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may be subject to charges. |

- Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation(s) must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellation and/or amendments made within 48 hours of arrival date / check-in will incur a cancellation fee of one (1) night's room charge.
- In the event of a no-show, all payment will be forfeited.
- Please note that if you have booked the Hotel through OTA, different cancellation policies may apply and all changes/cancellations need to go through the original booking site.
- All refunds will be subject to a 8% processing fee based on the actual booking amount.
